There are three Church History resources available online to share:

#1: Church History Tweets

I thought it would be fun to use Twitter to describe Church History events. The very first event of importance is the oldest tweet, and last time I check, no you do not have to sign up for Twitter to read any of it.

#2 – The Story of Christianity, Volume 1 by Justo L. Gonzalez

This amazon.com link will take you to see a copy of the book I am using as a chronology guide for the Church History Tweets. There is a Volume 2 of this book as well you can search for on your own.

#3. The Great Emergence by Phyllis Tickle

This amazon.com link will take you to see a copy of a book that provides insight into the idea that every 500 years, everything in culture changes for everyone, and emphasizes the impact that is having on the Church in America today.

#4. Church History Literature Online

If you want to read the ancient writings of Christians in the past that have survived the persecution and the passing of time, I prepared a list of links in chronological order and set them up on a page that the link above will take you too.
